Refund Policy

We want you to get what you paid for. This policy explains exactly when we refund, because our products are digital files delivered instantly.

1. The general rule

Because each purchase is a digital file delivered immediately, and cannot be returned once downloaded, sales are final once the file has been delivered. This is why every product page lists the full contents, the page count, the file format and what is not included — so you can decide before paying.

2. When we do refund

We issue a full refund, no argument, in any of these cases, if you contact us within 14 days of purchase:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, and we cannot fix it.
• You never received your download and we are unable to deliver it.
• The product is materially different from its description on this site.
• You were charged twice for the same product.
• You bought the wrong title by mistake and have not downloaded it.

3. When we do not refund

• You downloaded and read the file and simply changed your mind.
• You did not apply the methods described, or applied them and did not get the results you hoped for. Our products are educational and guarantee no outcome.
• You expected content that the product page explicitly lists as not included.
• A third-party tool referenced in the book changed its pricing, features or availability.
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@runbookpress.xyz with your PayPal transaction ID, the title you bought and a short description of the problem. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Please contact us before opening a dispute

If something went wrong, write to us first. Nearly every problem — a dead link, a missing attachment, a duplicate charge — is solved the same day, and far faster than a payment dispute.

6. Statutory rights

Some countries give consumers a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. Where such a right applies to instantly delivered digital content, it is not affected by this policy. By downloading your file immediately after purchase, you may be agreeing to begin delivery at once and to waive a cancellation period where local law permits that.
