This policy explains what personal data Runbook Press collects when you buy from runbookpress.xyz, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

• Order data. When you buy, PayPal provides us with your name, email address, country and the transaction reference. We use this to deliver your file and to provide support.
• Support data. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can answer and follow up.
• Basic technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

2. Data we never collect

We never receive or store your card number, bank details or PayPal password. Payment data is handled entirely by PayPal on its own systems.

3. Why we process your data

• To deliver the product you paid for (performance of a contract).
• To provide customer support and resend files when needed.
• To keep accounting and tax records as required by law.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store — our payment processor (PayPal), our email provider and our hosting provider — and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. You may ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email support@runbookpress.xyz. We respond within 30 days and we do not charge for it.

7. Cookies

This site uses only what is strictly necessary to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. PayPal sets its own cookies during checkout, governed by PayPal's privacy policy.

8. Marketing email

We only email you about your purchase and support. If we later add a newsletter it will be opt-in only, and every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe link.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

10. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
